M365 Consultant

Description:

We're looking for a talented M365 Consultant to join our client's team. You'll design and improve user experiences for our M365 suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), implement reporting & monitoring, champion continuous improvement, and lead change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize user experiences for M365 applications.
• Develop reporting & monitoring systems for M365 usage.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze user needs and design feature enhancements.
• Plan and execute change management for M365 rollouts.
• Perform system and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Experience with change management methodologies (certifications a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
