Managed Service Engineer

RealTime are looking for a Level 3 Managed Service Engineer, to manage & log incidents and requests, and resolve technical issues at the highest level. This is with a busy MSP client in Dublin City Centre. Core requirements are as follows:

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar role
• Excellent Trouble Shooting skills and must be able to demonstrate by way of example
• Fluent in English and excellent written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Able to think through, communicate, and present information effectively to all organizational levels.
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• Customer-facing role and the individual must be customer-centric
• IT qualification Diploma/Degree
• MCP qualifications are required
• CCNA
• Previous role/experience working as part of a team
