Abrivia are now recruiting for the position of a Marketing Administrator. Our Client is one of Ireland’s leading insurance companies for the Public sector, with their offices based in Dublin City.

Your Role:

  • Support the delivery of internal events and communications as well as providing marketing support across the business.
  • Provide effective administration support to the marketing team.
  • Support and contribute to the Company’s website.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas and collate minutes/actions.
  • Support the design and production of documents and marketing material.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service and engagement.
  • Maintain and update the databases.
  • Ad hoc duties

Your skills:

  • A year to two years marketing administration experience
  • Third level qualification in Marketing or business administration
  • Strong IT and administration skills.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
