Brazil is a rapidly growing market, and a region of key strategic importance for the Betfair brand. As we continue to invest and grow our Latin American business, we are looking for a Marketing Exec who can deliver against our ambition to become the betting destination of choice for Brazilian sports bettors. With a market leading product, world class advertising campaigns and outstanding assets like our official sponsorship of the Copa Libertadores and Carioca tournament in Rio de Janeiro, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented marketing professional to take on their next career challenge and drive the rapid growth trajectory of Betfair’s International business.

Reporting to the LatAm Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our Brazilian marketing campaigns, working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive. You will use your organisational skills and eye for detail to deliver first class end-to-end execution of Betfair’s marketing assets across all channels and become a brand guardian for Brazil. You’ll also work closely with our local media planning and creative agency to become an expert on the Brazilian media and competitor landscapes, including local TV, radio, and digital media channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with channel specialists across Sponsorship, PR, Social, Online Media and CRM teams to deliver joined-up campaigns on a truly cross-channel basis.
  • Writing and proofreading marketing copy through a localised Brazilian customer facing lens to deliver accurate yet appealing marketing comms.
  • Helping to compile month end reports to showcase campaigns and key results to the wider business.
  • Contributing to delivery of a best-in-class World Cup marketing campaign.
  • Collaborating with digital teams to leverage brand marketing assets and promotions to drive customer signups.
  • Continual engagement with local media consumption trends to understand new and emerging channels, and opportunities to grow our brand in Brazil, particularly on a regional basis.
  • Evaluating competitor activity to ensure we are constantly up to date on local developments in advertising, promotions, and messaging in Brazil.
  • Sourcing market-leading creative assets to bring our through-the-line marketing campaigns to life, collaborating with our internal design Studio and external agencies.
  • Collaborating with the Brand Strategy team to ensure perfect executional alignment with our brand guidelines, brand codes and tone of voice in Brazil.
  • Working with the Marketing Executive for Colombia to ensure synergies across regions and take key learnings for campaigns and testing plans.
