Scollard Doyle is a vibrant construction consultancy specialising in the cost & project management of construction projects. In 2021, Scollard Doyle merged with Cumming Group, an international cost and project management consultancy. Cumming Group has 50+ offices and 1,800+ employees worldwide.
To support growth in Scollard Doyle and the European business, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin office and will work closely with our European and US-based teams to create, build, and execute marketing plans. For the right candidate, this role offers ample opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement key marketing, branding and PR strategies to support growth in the European side of the business.

  • Maintain Scollard Doyle’s branding and ensure our company communicates the right message to existing and prospective clients.
  • Support the Dublin leadership team in their day-to-day activities including preparing client presentations and working with the Bids manager.
  • Assist the wider Cumming Group with market research efforts to ensure the viability of current strategies, across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Scollard Doyle’s marketing initiatives to the wider Cumming Group team.
  • Manage Scollard Doyle’s online presence, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Create and publish content for the company website (WordPress), LinkedIn and Vimeo.
  • Manage and execute the company’s social media calendar.
  • Plan and execute company events, including client and team events.
  • Plan and execute MailChimp campaigns.
  • Work when required with design vendors in the production of marketing and communication materials.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure that all marketing plans are executed efficiently.

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
  • At least 7 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in a professional service, cost consultancy or construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Salesforce, InDesign and CodeTwo.
  • Creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
