By developing impactful, integrated brand and communications campaigns for Business Banking, you'll enable the achievement of brand and business objectives for Bank of Ireland. You'll work closely with our agency partners, including creative, media and activation to build compelling communications that deliver for the Business.

This role is a part of the Brand & Sponsorship Centre of Excellence (CoE) within Group Marketing. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering through-the-line brand and marketing communications in support of agreed objectives. The role involves a high degree of stakeholder management across the Group managing these relationships to ensure the best outcomes for the Business

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement integrated communications plans for Business, enabling the Bank to achieve key brand metrics and commercial business objectives.
  • Together with a wide range of stakeholders across Group Marketing and the wider Business, act as a trusted advisor to align on priorities based on business insights and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with our agency partners, briefing them to develop creative strategies, media planning, experiential and social that drive cut through and deliver results.
  • Deliver activity on time, within agreed budgets and with the appropriate approvals in place.
  • Continually measure and learn for the future, driving ongoing improvement by partnering with planning and analytics teams to understand and optimise the business and brand impacts of activity.
