We are hiring on behalf of our client - a global technology leader in digital payments - for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join their international marketing organisation.

 

This is a high-impact role supporting global product and commercial teams, ideal for a senior marketer who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and enjoys transforming complex solutions into compelling, customer-centric narratives.

 

As part of the Global Marketing team for commercial and enterprise solutions, you will play a key role in shaping marketing strategy, driving product awareness, and developing best-in-class assets for a large commercial segment.

 

About You:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B and product marketing.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product or technical information into clear, compelling customer narratives.
  • Solid understanding of how large enterprises operate and how buying decisions are made.
  • Advanced project management skills; experience with multi-market or global campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability within matrixed organisations.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset; able to excel in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: Experience within the payments, fintech, merchant services, acquirer/issuer, or technology sectors

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support go-to-market plans for a portfolio of commercial solutions.
  • Define and articulate customer-led value propositions, messaging frameworks, and differentiated positioning.
  • Create high-impact marketing assets — sales enablement materials, pitch decks, infographics, case studies, content for campaigns, and more.
  • Support global campaign design, content management, creative production, and agency coordination.
  • Work closely with global Product and Communications teams to ensure alignment of messaging, brand standards, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different regions and stakeholders.
  • Bring data, customer insights, and market understanding into every stage of planning and execution.
