As a Marketing Operations Executive in Dublin, you’ll be an integral part of this team. Your role is responsible for operational processes and project management to enable excellence in our European communications campaigns, across our Cereal, Wholesome Snacks and Pringles brands. Working in a hybrid manner and coming into the office 2-3 days a week, the role includes content production management, financial management and agency management.


HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Lead in delivering to market best in class marketing campaigns which leverage consumer insights and deliver on Kellogg business objectives.
  • Be our in- house subject matter expert when it comes to the creation, development, and execution of content through the lens of how our consumers experience our brands.
  • Manage our 3rd party supplier roster and agency relationships.
  • Identify, develop, and implement best practice in Marketing Operations to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness for Kellogg’s Europe across our advertising and digital agencies, content production and optimization.
  • Manage centralized adaptation & transcreation across multiple marketing channels.
  • In collaboration with our production consultants, evaluate and approve production estimates related to the production of content for Above the Line (ATL) campaigns.
  • Manage the financial trackers for the Central Business Unit (CBU) brands including agency fees and content/digital production. In consultation with our Financial Partners, provide monthly reporting of actual vs budget, highlight risks and opportunities for reinvestment.
  • Organization of weekly Agency Days, in consultation with our agency partners

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Educated to degree level / business school or equivalent, with Marketing, business, or digital communications major preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience within a digital or advertising agency or similar. Experience in content production desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills, good communication and collaboration and the ability to drive complex projects forward.
  • Experience managing and reporting budgets and advanced experience working in Excel required.
