Description:
    This is a front-of-house position in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for a premium patient experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
	- Manage appointment scheduling with exceptional attention to detail and phone etiquette
 
	- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every client
 
	- Confidently use medical and aesthetic terminology when assisting clients and clinicians
 
	- Convert inbound leads into booked consultations through strong communication and service skills
 
	- Upsell and cross-sell skincare products and treatment packages
 
	- Maintain an organised, polished reception area
 
	- Handle challenging situations calmly and effectively to maintain a peaceful, welcoming environment
 
	- Support the clinic’s luxury service standards and overall client journey
 
 
About You
	- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a medical or aesthetic reception role
 
	- Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments
 
	- Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
 
	- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
 
	- Experience with Phorest is an advantage
 
	- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
 
	- Proactive, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
