Description:
To ensure the highest level of brand visibility, execution and activation across key grocery and off-licence accounts — representing Dalcassian’s premium spirits portfolio in-store and supporting the wider sales and marketing teams through best-in-class merchandising and customer engagement.
The role combines field merchandising, territory planning, relationship building, and brand activation (sampling) — offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a real impact within one of Ireland’s most dynamic drinks businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute merchandising activity across assigned stores within your territory.
- Maintain exceptional on-shelf presence, POS visibility, and display compliance for all Dalcassian brands.
- Build strong, positive relationships with store managers and off-licence staff to maximise brand visibility and availability.
- Plan and manage your call cycle and daily routing efficiently using company systems and CRM tools.
- Identify in-store opportunities to improve display, space and share of shelf.
- Conduct sampling and brand activation events in selected stores to engage consumers and drive trial.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting insights back to the National Sales Manager.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all visits, activities and stock levels are recorded accurately and on time.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising, field sales or FMCG retail is desirable.
- A genuine passion for the drinks industry and premium spirits.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools (training provided).
- Full clean driving licence essential.
