Description:
We connect buyers and sellers across the EMEA region, supporting all aspects of eBay’s business with a focus on key European markets, including France. This role partners directly with top sellers to support their growth on the platform, acting as a primary point of contact delivering a personalised service. You will work closely with peers to resolve challenges, improve the seller experience, and contribute to market growth.
What You Will Accomplish
- Deliver excellent experiences for top sellers via phone and email, acting as a single point of contact
- Resolve seller challenges by researching issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with peers to address complex issues, applying judgment when handling non-standard situations
- Coach sellers on marketplace policies to support the best possible outcomes
- Identify patterns in customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the seller experience
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems while prioritising customer needs and acting as their advocate
What You Will Bring
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French. Must be based in the Republic of Ireland.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or upselling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different situations
- Clear and professional communication skills when working with customers and colleagues
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with others.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to engage with a range of customer needs with willingness to travel to events in Ireland and internationally
