Description:

De Burca Greene Solicitors, a busy growing practice based in Cork city, are seeking to recruit a full time Office Administrator with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • To provide supportand assistance to the Solicitors in the practice
  • Maintaining client files to include filing, referencing and opening files, archiving files, photocopying, scanning etc.;
  • Engaging with clients and other solicitors and third parties.

Ideally, the applicant should meet the following criteria;

  • Possess advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook ;
  • Possess excellent time-management, organisational and communication skills;
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team;
  • Be well presented, conscientious and have a professional and flexible approach in all dealings.
