Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Front office reception.
  • Responsible for accounts administration– debtors, creditors, lodgements, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, etc.
  • Payroll processing and dealing with any queries.
  • Managing and updating the website and all social media content.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • And other office administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2 years plus experience in a broad administration role with an element of accounting.
  • Good strong system skills i.e., Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
