Operation Officer Grade V

Description:

The post holder will support the delivery of the day-to-day operation of services at the Paediatric Outpatient and Urgent Care Centre at Connolly and assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative service

• Have successfully achieved a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification within the QQI Framework.
• Excellent IT skills, with experience in working with ICT packages
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate successfully and sensitively with patients, public, staff and management
• Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
