Operations Manager

Description:

This is a high-impact operational leadership opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a regulated financial services organisation in Dublin. Sitting at the core of the business, you will own end-to-end operational performance, drive AI-enabled process and workflow transformation, and lead technology projects across a fully integrated Microsoft platform.

You will report directly to the executive team, including the CEO and Board, deliver critical operational insights, and implement scalable processes that position you for rapid progression into a Head of Operations role.

You will:

• Own vendor management, budgets, and regulatory interactions (CSSF/CBI)

• Lead technology projects including Dynamics 365 Business Central, E-Front, and OneSource

• Drive process improvement initiatives using Microsoft Co-Pilot and workflow automation

• Manage reporting, facilities, and cross-functional team performance across offices

What you’ll bring:

• Proven operational leadership in regulated financial services

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP or similar systems

• Track record of vendor management, budgets, and regulatory compliance
