⭐ The role

As our Patient Experience Specialist, you are the first voice a patient hears and the first face they see. You set the tone for everything that follows. Your days will be busy, varied and full of people:

• Welcoming every patient with warmth, confidence and genuine care
• Running the clinic diary and scheduling so our audiologists' days flow seamlessly
• Guiding patients through every step, from first enquiry to fitting and lifelong aftercare
• Making the follow-up calls and check-ins that keep patients hearing well and feeling looked after
• Supporting patients through the PRSI Treatment Benefit process at the front desk
• Keeping the clinic running like clockwork, day in and day out

For many of our patients, walking through our door is a big step. You will be the reason they feel relief the moment they arrive.

⭐ Who we're looking for

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing role, ideally in hearing care, optical, pharmacy, dental or healthcare
• A natural people person: empathetic, patient and brilliant with older adults
• Organised, calm under pressure and confident on the phone
• Comfortable with computers and practice management systems
• Bags of energy and a real appetite to be part of something new
