Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice to clients on life insurance, pensions, and investment products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct client meetings to identify financial needs and develop suitable solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification
- Proven successful track record in client facing meetings with responsibility for target delivery
- Previous experience in a face-to-face Life & Pensions Advisor role, either in a brokerage or bancassurance
- Strong knowledge of life insurance, pensions, and investment products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
