Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial advice to clients on life insurance, pensions, and investment products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct client meetings to identify financial needs and develop suitable solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification
  • Proven successful track record in client facing meetings with responsibility for target delivery
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face Life & Pensions Advisor role, either in a brokerage or bancassurance
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance, pensions, and investment products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
