Description:
The People Partner (HR) will work closely with the Manager, People Strategy & Operations and Senior People Partners to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance, compliance, and employee engagement — within a manufacturing environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with managers, helping them lead high-performing teams, and ensuring the company remains compliant with Irish employment law. You’ll also support work permit and visa processes, lead training initiatives, manage attendance tracking, and contribute to HR projects that enhance the employee experience.
