Planning Application Officer

Description:

Responsibilities
 

• Management of a range of planning application projects for various developments including extraction, manufacturing, and waste developments.
• Management of consultants involved in the preparation of planning applications, waste licences trade discharge licences
• Reviewing and editing technical reports in relation planning applications, EIAR, AA, waste licence applications, trade discharge
• Advising on planning compliance within the company.
   

Requirements:
 

• Planning or related 3rd level qualification.
• Experience /knowledge of the Irish planning system and EIA regulations.
• Good report writing skills.
• Strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
