We are currently seeking a Plant Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation activities of both Etex Ireland (Athy, Co Kildare) Fibre Cement and Metal Forming operations, heading up a substantial operations team and supported by HR, EHS & Finance. Reporting to the Exteriors Division Head of Operations.

Main duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Contributes to define the vision and the ambition of the Exteriors Operations
• Ensures a strategic plan is driving the goals & projects of the site
• Ensures the site connects and shares permanently with its environment and stakeholders
• Investigates and reports on all adverse events as they occur
• Ensures targeted performance is reached sustainably in terms of EHS, Quality, Service & Cost
• Guarantees legal norms, and statutory certifications are respected
• Contributes to developing their team leadership
• Demonstrates through personal behaviour that only the highest standards are acceptable
• Participates as a member of the Local Leadership Team for Etex Ireland
• Other duties as outlined by the Exteriors Division Head of Operations
