Plastic Fabricator

Description:

We are looking for a Plastic Fabricator / Plastic Welder to join our growing team.

This role involves working with a variety of plastics to create bespoke, high-quality products.

Full training will be provided, but experience using hand tools, routers, and workshop equipment is very important. If you have a background in carpentry, cabinet making, or similar hands-on work, we’d especially like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld plastic products to a high standard.
• Use hand tools, routers, and other workshop equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and follow technical drawings and instructions (training provided if needed).
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical skills and confidence with hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Experience in carpentry or cabinet making would be a big advantage.
• Previous plastic fabrication or welding experience is helpful but not essential — training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
