As a Business Architect you work with the SAP Sales team in Ireland to drive the end-to-end business and solution strategy for accounts across multiple industries. In this role you will assemble and lead teams of presales specialists through sales cycles and collaborate with peers in sales, value engineering and customer engagement to plan and execute account strategies. To be successful you will require a strong desire to learn, a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for maximising customer lifetime value.

Collaborate with sales executives to plan and execute account strategies

  • Cultivate high trust relationships with senior stakeholders in assigned accounts
  • Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand their goals, identify opportunities for improvement and establish how SAP can deliver their desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales executives and value advisors to translate the customer’s vision into tangible business outcomes
  • Design solution landscapes that meet the customer’s requirements
  • Develop a winning plan and manage the associated investment
  • Assemble and lead teams of presales specialists through sales cycles
  • Manage and contribute to RFP responses
  • Communicate the customer’s business requirements to the project/implementation team
  • Support customers at each stage of their journey from demand generation through selling, adoption, consumption and expansion.
