This position has global responsibility for implementing and project managing Coupa (Indirect Procurement system) and the administration team. Complete Coupa roll-outs, upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency of P2P cycle.

You leverage effective project management practices, subject matter expertise and analytical abilities to collaborate across multiple functions to deliver high quality P2P application. Manage cross functional teams to deliver implementations, upgrades, enhancements on time and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

This position will report to the Global Process Owner, Procurement Systems and Processes and is accountable to the CPO and business stakeholders for ensuring Coupa aligns to the goals of Baxter and Global Procurement.

Define application project scope, assess impact, determine implementation approach determine schedule, budget, resource needs working with various global stakeholders.

Align to business and IT priorities by effectively leveraging waterfall, iterative and Agile methodologies, while coaching and mentoring team members.

Lead core Coupa global administration team, configuration, and enhancement of the Procurement application through the main programs:

  • Coupa Implementations (international)
  • Coupa Release Management
    • Lead team in all aspects of cutover activities in implementations & release management (Design, Test, Change management)
    • Resolve both functional and technical issues specific to sourcing & procurement solutions (escalation point for operations)
  • Liaises with Senior Leadership to develop and drive the building of Business Cases for further implementations

  • Understand the Source to pay (S2P) market and leading practices within the marketplace

  • Support execution of Catalog enablement strategy
