Product Design Engineer

Description:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Design and work with all divisions of the organisation.

You will also be responsible for….

• Designing devices and components in line with customer specifications
• Designing devices for ease of manufacture and to ensure optimal cost
• Maintaining relationships with customers and clients
• Preparation of drawings and instructions for use on the factory floor
• Using your creativity and experience to design solutions in manufacturing

Your Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience with design packages preferably Creo Parametric or similar
• SAP experience
• Experience with internal standards and quality conformance metrics
• Some experience with Metal Fabrication desirable
• Experience in any of the following industries highly desirable, HVAC , Electronics, Tooling
