Description:
    You will play a key role in leading and motivating your team to deliver strong results across productivity, quality, and safety. You’ll ensure that targets are met, standards are upheld, and the team remains engaged and supported through clear communication and structured supervision.
 
Key Responsibilities
	- Manage and coordinate production activities across your shift to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance, providing support and coaching where needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and workplace safety in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee equipment operation, ensuring maintenance issues are reported and resolved promptly.
- Track performance metrics and communicate production results to senior management.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production floor.
- Maintain accurate production and personnel records for audit and compliance purposes.

	- Proven supervisory or team leader experience within a food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
