Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency working with leading brands across Ireland and the UK. We are a google premier partner and are in the top 5% of Google Premier Partners in EMEA. Due to our continued growth, we require a Project Coordinator to assist with a large Digital Transformation project. The Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects within our DTD Programme (Digital that Delivers).

DTD supports Failte Ireland businesses by assessing their digital needs, increasing capability and delivering key projects to grow online sales.

You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include working closely with our Project Managers to bring participating businesses successfully through their roadmap.

 

 

Roles and responsibilities of Project Coordinators

  • Providing 1:1 Project Coordinator support to guide businesses through their roadmaps, keeping them on track and escalating barriers to progress.
  • Assisting and supporting the Project Manager & Lead Consultants for each workstream
  • Tracking progress of businesses through their roadmaps and communicating this status to the project team.
  • Ensuring that roadmaps are kept up to date for businesses as they progress through all workstreams.
  • Supporting businesses in the grant application process until those applications are signed off and approved.
  • Monitoring spending of investment grants by businesses to ensure funding is being allocated and spent as outlined in their roadmaps.
  • Supporting business participants with identification of eligible costs for each workstream and preparation of drawdown requests for investment grants.
  • Participating in peer to peer learning to develop the skills and knowledge required to provide business support.
  • Reviewing grant funded items delivered by vendors to ensure they meet grant guidelines/roadmap requirements and ensuring completion of project completion report which needs to be uploaded to CRM.
  • Drafting of work plans where applicable for specific workstreams/industry.
  • Executing project communications to participating businesses as defined by the Project Manager.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities to the project manager.
  • The project team (including the project Coordinator) need to sign off all work by vendors that have been selected by Industry before the final grant payment can be made.
