Project Engineer

Description:

FDT Technical Placements have a requirement for a Project Engineer with an interest in Packaging to be based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. 

The role will be varied and will include some or all of the following: 

• ·      Project Coordination
• ·      Data analysis of processes
• ·      Project documentation and control
• ·      Project Costing and Estimation
• ·      Construction Supervision and Commissioning

Desired Skills and Experience

• ·      Experience as a project coordinator, project engineer
• ·      Fully competent with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and ideally familiar with AutoCAD
• ·      Self-starter- able to work on own initiative
• ·      Relationship builder with suppliers and clients
• ·      Willingness to be Flexible as part of a small team
• ·      High attention to detail
• ·      Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• ·      English Speaker
