Description:
As a newly introduced role, the Project Engineer will lead multi-disciplinary project teams delivering regional expansion projects aligned with Aerogens strategic growth plans. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams delivering product registration and re-registrations in geographical region and addressing necessary changes to meet regional regulatory and OEM customer requirements. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory, R&D and Supply Chain will be vital to successfully deliver projects focused on service and revenue.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Lead product commercial projects for the registration of Aerogen products into new geographical regions, re-registration and changes to meet regional regulatory or OEM customer requirements.
- Lead the global expansion of NPD projects, including new products, design changes and process changes.
- Lead projects teams typically comprising Commercial, Regulatory, R&D and Supply Chain functions.
- Lead project through Initiation, Planning and Execution phases.
- Identify project risks and generate associated mitigation plans.
- Updating of project timelines as required and communicate project status/ progress to management.
- Evaluate impact of project scope changes and adjust activities as required with contingency planning.
- Identification of process improvement opportunities to include: project prioritization, internal change management systems, and stakeholder communication.
- Generate and update governing procedures.
- Engage with suppliers and generate purchase orders for outsourced components and services where required.
- Manage change activity on ERP system.
- Generate product Bills of Materials, labels and Packaging Configuration Instructions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on commercialization activities and input into projects where required.
