Description:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a large-scale commercial project from inception to completion. You will ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and implement project programmes, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Monitor progress, quality, and costs, reporting regularly to senior management
- Resolve technical and contractual issues efficiently
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the project
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
