Elusav Recruitment currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer/Manager with an industry leading Engineering and equipment manufacture in the Pharma/Biopharma sector, based just outside Limerick. This is a permanent position.

The organisation are part of a larger international group, and have exciting growth plans in Ireland and Mainland Europe. The Senior Project engineer/Manager is the key role leading projects within the organisation, and will form part of their growing PMO function, and will work with large scale Pharma and Biopharma clients on providing bespoke and highly technical process solutions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

The roles and responsibilities include:

• Leadership of a cross functional team of design and project engineers in a matrix organisation
• Delivery of Bespoke Process Systems projects up to €12 million euro
• Management of schedule, commercial and delivery of projects
• Monitor and report on project progress and identify and manage any risks to the project’s schedule or commercial objectives.
• Outward facing rep of the company, responsible for managing client relationships and win future business.

Key Requirements

• Educated to a BEng level in Mechanical or Process Engineering
• 5-10 years’ experience in delivery of engineering projects
• Commercial oversite of projects an advantage
• Proven experience in leadership of cross functional teams
