Quality Systems Specialist

My client, a global pharmaceutical company have a vacancy for a Quality Systems Specialist based in their Dublin office. This is a FTC and hybrid opportunity.

The main purpose of this position is management of an implementation of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) processes (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Customer Complaints and Audits) at their organisation.

This is a corporate cross functional role that will cover working in the global organisation.

Expected competencies: level of experience, qualifications, know-how and behavioural competencies.
 

  • Degree in Quality, Regulatory or Science discipline. A minimum of 5 + years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry in either quality, regulatory, manufacturing, or development. Understanding of applicable GXP regulations to include Annex 11, GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11. Experience working with electronic Quality Management System (CSV experience will be a plus) Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with a broad spectrum of international audiences. Fluent English skills required, French or other languages will be a plus.
