Quantity Surveyor

The business is split across a number of business streams and the QS team work across these streams which leads to a good variety in duties and responsibilities.

Services offered by our client include: Development Management Consultancy, Project Management, Cost Management, Asset Management and General Real Estate / Property Consultancy services. The QS function entails a mix of traditional and non-traditional QS duties in a variety of different industry sectors and procurement strategies.

Ideally looking for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, with 4 to 8 years’ experience with some experience in a consultancy environment. Applicants with more and less experience will be considered depending on the exact nature of that experience.

Chartered status is desired, or at a minimum a willingness to pursue Chartership (full support will be provided in this regard).
