We are looking for a Talent Attraction Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition EMEA Team

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions in Ireland and provide support for other locations in EMEA upon business need. You must be a highly motivated & passionate recruiter who has experience building pipeline & attracting top talent within the marketplace. You will also partner with the leadership team and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organisation that you support & help us build our brand in the market.

Job Responsibilities
The scope of the role covers end-to-end recruiting processes from Head Count approval, defining profile requirements together with local and international hiring managers, managing relevant direct and in-direct sourcing in the external marketplace, supporting assessment and selection of candidates and handling complex offer negotiations and on-boarding processes at all levels in the organization.

  • The Client Facing Recruiter has a full accountability of the hiring process, in order to fill vacancies against time, quality and service demands.
  • This involves partnering with relevant business segments to define, plan external sourcing activities and assessment/selection of both internal and external candidates to meet approved headcount requirements
  • Generate and manage a high-quality candidate pipeline for our positions across all levels
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive candidate experience
  • Working in collaborative team within a high-volume hiring environment
  • Encouraged and supported to use innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent and promote SAP as a top employer
  • Relevant experience working in a similar role managing end to end TA processes
  • Understanding of Sales recruiting environment
  • Demonstrated success as an in-house recruiter in a high-volume hiring environment with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly
  • Good knowledge of Recruitment Sourcing, passive and active candidate channels
  • Proven ability to leverage Social Networking tools and sites [Ex: Xing, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Facebook] to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Effective interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders’ expectations
  • Experience sourcing top talent using innovative recruiting techniques
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
