- GPC is a highly respected specialist recruitment consultancy in Dublin with 25+ years’ experience working closely with job seekers and employers in Ireland, the UK and internationally. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandyford.
- Suitable candidates should be living in Dublin.
- This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business, where hard work is financially rewarded.
- This role would also be ideal for candidates coming from a people facing role such as Hospitality, Education, Personal Training or Recruitment Coordination backgrounds, who are looking for a career change.
Role:
- The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full 360 recruitment process.
- Business development with new and existing clients.
- Managing your own client database.
- Source and screen top candidates
- Creating job specifications for client’s roles.
- You will receive excellent training and work closely with highly skilled Recruiters, who will mentor you to become an expert in your field.
Requirements:
Degree from a recognised third level institution in Ireland preferred.
- Ideally have at least one year experience working in an office/recruitment environment in Ireland.
- A background in a people facing role such as Sales, Recruitment Coordination, Hospitality, Education or Personal Training highly considered.
- The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards.

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident cold calling prospective clients
