We’re looking for a Delivery-Focused Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Dublin. This is a 180 recruitment role – no cold calling, no client acquisition. You’ll focus on what you do best: sourcing exceptional candidates, delivering to clients, managing accounts, and making placements.

What We’re Looking For
- Agency recruitment experience is essential, ideally 1–3 years.
- Experience in 360 recruitment or a delivery-focused consulting role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and drive to achieve results.
