What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 6 months of post-graduation experience (any industry considered)

- You build rapport easily because you have strong interpersonal skills

- Available for a fully office-based role in Dublin (Mon–Fri)
Your Day-to-Day
- Find new candidates through ads and referrals.
- Help candidates finish all registration and compliance steps.
- Keep in touch with clients to understand what staff they need now and later.
- Share available healthcare workers and book them into client shifts.
- Work with the business development team to help grow and support client relationships.
