Description:
You'll own revenue performance as a system, not a set of reports. Design, build, and continuously improve the models, data flows, and automations that power forecasting, planning, and execution.
Specifically, you will:
- Build and own all revenue forecasting and planning models across pipeline, conversion, retention, headcount, and investment scenarios, and turn them into automated, repeatable systems
- Design scalable planning frameworks that connect targets, capacity, productivity, incentives, and budget, then operationalise them through data pipelines and workflows
- Work hands on in SQL, Python, advanced spreadsheets, and automation tools to analyse performance, build logic, and deploy solutions
- Treat revenue analytics as a product: define inputs, outputs, dependencies, edge cases, and failure modes
- Build automated reporting, alerts, and self serve dashboards that surface insight at the right moment, not just in monthly decks
- Create attribution, segmentation, and channel performance models, then embed them into GTM workflows and decision making
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to translate messy real world problems into clean technical solutions
- Improve data quality, structure, and reliability through automation, validation, and system level fixes rather than manual clean up
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly. Build first, refine later.
🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit
The core ways you will drive impact:
- Strong experience in revenue analytics, RevOps, commercial analytics, or technical operations in a high growth tech or SaaS environment
- Deep comfort working with SQL and Python, including pandas and numerical modelling, not just querying
- Experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, or similar, or custom scripts where needed
- Strong understanding of modern GTM systems such as HubSpot and how data flows across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success
- Proven ability to take vague business questions and turn them into structured models, systems, and automations
- Comfortable owning work end to end, from problem framing to live deployment Product minded. You think about usability, maintainability, and scale, not just correctness
- Curious, self directed, and opinionated about better ways of doing things
