Your Responsibilities:
 

• • Design and develop robust APIs and applications using Ruby on Rails as part of an agile team
  • Collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to best practice system and application design, with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Champion TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and effective release management strategies
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to foster a culture of continuous improvement
     
• About You:

   

  • • Proven expertise in API development using Ruby on Rails
    • Strong experience working in agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
    • Hands-on knowledge of Heroku, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
    • Background in consultancy or client-facing delivery of high-quality software solutions
    • Bonus: exposure to front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, or TypeScript
