Our Department within the Contact Centre is a Business Unit within Bank of Ireland Insurance Services and is the first point of contact for many of our personal and business customers for insurance queries. We are currently going through an extraordinary period of transformation and growth, adapting to our customer needs !

In this role, you will:

• Provide best in class customer service and demonstrate capability to put the customer first in every interaction
• Drive by an instinctive motivation to deliver a top class performance in your role
