What You’ll Do
🎯 Achieve Your Targets – Ensure the team operates to achieve its target-driven! Every individual will have clear objectives and key outbound results (OKRs) to meet, to be able to contribute to Oracle’s growth
🚀 Engage & Influence – Drive the team to reach out, cold call and email new prospects and existing customers to build relationships, proactively present Oracle solutions and generate new sales opportunities
Always foresighted – Ensure the team maintains a pipeline of interested prospects that can develop into quality leads
💡 Develop the team – Be responsible for the development of the team skillset, and for the development of their sales skills
🤝 Collaborate & Succeed – Collaborate closely with the sales organization, and with all the Marketing and Sales Excellence functions, to ensure succesfull execution of the designed campaign.
Measure: Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Perform database and record keeping tasks

What You’ll Bring
✔ Manager Mindset – You have experience in Sales or Sales Development roles with a proven track record of success. Experience as an SDR manger is a plus.
✔ Leadership skills – You have a passion and ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
✔ Target-Driven – You have the passion and determination to meet and exceed your goals, contributing directly to Oracle’s success.
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbal and written, strong time management skills
✔ Industry Knowledge – You have an understanding of key competitive technologies and/or specific industries.
✔ Fluency in English and local market language – Clear communication is key!
