Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager will be a key contributor, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role requires a balanced focus between acquiring new business from new clients and account management of existing clients within the Irish retail landscape.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maximise company revenue by equally focusing on acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies that resonate with the company's three core offerings, targeting specifically the Irish retail market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Regularly report performance metrics and market insights to the Managing Director.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospect identification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain compliance with both company and statutory health & safety legislations.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
