Your role will be to identify and engage with prospects, help them understand the value of the technology platform, and onboard new advertisers into this emerging market. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building the brand, creating a great first impression, and building momentum for company.

Location: MarketStar’s office is based at 1 Central Park, Block G, 2nd Floor, Leopardstown, Dublin 18. MarketStar, in collaboration with their clients, supports work from home, hybrid, and in-office positions within the Republic of Ireland. Employee work location is determined through client needs, IT requirements, and business needs and is communicated by the employee manager.

  • Identify and engage with sales opportunities through direct prospecting and SDR lead follow up to drive sales pipeline.
  • Driven individual who relishes the challenge, and “the thrill of the chase”
  • Adherence to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology
  • Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition and assess mutual fit
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
  • 1 or more years of Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable).
  • Level fluency in English (Read, Write & Speak)
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience
  • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
  • Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High attention to details and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred
