Role & Responsibilities

Inbound Calls/Emails: Manager incoming calls and emails from existing or new customers. Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement. Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team.

Routing: Effectively route leads or calls to the appropriate department or team based on the nature of the inquiry or request. Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and route to the sales team.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Provide follow-up if needed to ensure a positive customer experience.

Data Entry: Data entry and administration duties when required.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transitions and follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications
