What You’ll Do:
- Enhance customer-facing digital platforms using Salesforce Experience Cloud, optimizing and digitizing key business processes.
- Lead and manage digital initiatives from concept to live deployment, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Configure, test, deploy, and document solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with ICT service delivery and security teams to ensure robust solutions.
- Support data-driven insights through analytics, data mining, and AI initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing exceptional application support.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging solutions and technologies relevant to our business.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in ICT or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in project management and delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- A logical, analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification (Agile/Scrum experience is a bonus!).
