Sap Pp/qm

Description:

• 5+ years in SAP S4 PP/QM with PPDS experience

• Well versed with end to end business process.

• Must have at least 1 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP/QM with PPDS modules

• Excellent and hands on in configuration in the following technical areas

o SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution

o Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP

o Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality

o Process management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc, including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process,

o SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Quality

o Good Knowledge of QM. Material Inspection, Inspection result, order release.

o Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc.

• Well versed with Enhancement SDLC process end to end - RICEF

• Well versed with UT, IT and UAT cycle.
