Description:
Seeking an experienced IT Security Officer to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of robust security solutions to safeguard systems, networks, and data. This role plays a key part in incident response, risk management, and security awareness efforts within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, implement and monitor security measures on the systems, network and information
- Identify and define system security requirements
- Support the design of security architecture and implement controls.
- Define and maintain system security standards and documentation.
- Develop and maintain tools to address vulnerabilities and automate security tasks.
- Lead and participate in incident response and investigation activities.
- Deliver training and awareness programs for technical teams and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in information security or security engineering roles.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.
- Strong expertise in windows environment, Azure/O365 security and DLP tools, additional certifications/ qualifications is an advantage
- Familiarity with PCI, DORA, EIOPA, and ISO27001 standards.
- Experience with scripting, database/ OS security, and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure is preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
