Senior And Executive Planners

Description:

The successful applicant will provide support as part of a team on various planning and development projects in Ireland in the role of Town Planning Consultant. This will include contributing to the preparation of a wide range of planning applications for residential (including Strategic Housing Developments), commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructural projects, together with the preparation of site appraisals/feasibility studies, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, Further Information Responses and appeal submissions.  

Candidates shall have the following Skills and Experience for this Role:

• Post-qualification experience preferably in private practice.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish planning legislation, policy, and practice;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines with strong organisational skills;
• Member of the IPI and RTPI (or working towards membership);
