The Senior Associate / Manager - Procurement COE Technology position reports to the Associate Director-Procurement Digital Strategy and is primarily responsible for the supporting tools, processes and projects within Global Procurement and the Source to Pay processes. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the access to, optimization, and administration of the End to End Buying technology (Ariba) and assist Sourcing with the optimization of our buying and execution strategy.

Key responsibilities for this role can include :

Advanced support and System Administration roles:

• Ariba Sourcing and Contracting tools (defined as Upstream).
• Ariba Guided Buying tool (defined as Downstream).
• Ariba eCatalogs and Market Places (also defined as Buying channels).
• Ariba Supplier Data management

Support in terms of training, coaching, and assistance to the Procurement Capabilities SME’s:

• Provide an upper level of support for complex case resolution.
• Be a main point of contact for escalation to Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) and Ariba support.
• Ownership of the Release Management process
• Ownership of the Enhancement Prioritization Governance
• Collaborate and engage in issue resolution alongside IDS and Ariba resources

Partner with Source to Pay colleagues, acting as a Procurement representative, in deploying Source to Pay enhancements, process improvements and projects.
