Our client a leading Wealth Management firm are looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their team.

The Role

• Act as a first point of contact for prospective clients, offering assistance with the account opening process and transfer of existing pension funds
• Providing ongoing customer service to existing clients
• Contribute to projects and process improvements as required
• Working with other departments setting up new pension accounts with prospective clients and Trustees and all associated tasks and queries.

The Candidate

• Third Level qualification in a business-related discipline.
• Undertaking or have attained QFA qualification.
• 2-3 years in a customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Persuasive, enthusiastic outgoing nature with an ability to quickly build rapport with customers and Trustees
