Senior Associate - Investment Banking

We are we are currently working on a retained recruitment project on behalf of a new to market international investment bank who are building out their Dublin team. They are recruiting at Analyst, Associate & Senior Associate level across M&A, Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Transactions Services & Valuations. This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage start up with an industry leading management team in place.

• Project managing parts of the engagement and appointments, providing support to the director/ managing director (or often directly Senior Managing Director) in managing external stakeholders
• 
  Manage and be accountable for a variety of advisory assignments
• 
  Liaise with third party professionals including legal advisors and corporate service providers
• 
  Prepare and review reports for distribution to senior team members and clients
• 
  Ensure all statutory reporting requirements are adhered to
• 
  Ensure all work is in accordance with relevant legislation and industry guidance
